§ 49-533. Limitations.

Placing miscellaneous street furniture on the public right-of-way is subject to the following limitations:
(1)

The size, design and color of miscellaneous street furniture shall be subject to the approval of the manager of public works.

(2)

No miscellaneous street furniture may be mounted on or attached to any privately owned piece of street furniture or utility pole without written permission of the owner.
