§ 49-515.2. Abandonment.
Any permitted news rack located on the right-of-way which remains empty for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after service of notice to the permittee shall be deemed abandoned. The manager may remove any abandoned news rack from the right-of-way and, unless claimed within ten (10) days, and an impound fee of one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00) paid, may dispose of the news rack and charge the disposal fee of twenty-six dollars ($26.00).
