§ 49-304. Ordinance finding conclusive in court.

Latest version.

The finding by ordinance that any petition for the initiation of a proceeding under this article was subscribed by the required number of owners or that the improvement was duly ordered after notice duly given, shall be conclusive of the facts so stated in every court or other tribunal.
