Article XI. PROTECTION OF IRRIGATION DITCHES |
§ 49-300. Form of ordinance.
When the city council has finally determined the matters to be determined by it in accordance with the prior sections of this article, the council by ordinance shall:
(1)
Describe in general terms the improvement to be made;
(2)
Define the exterior boundaries of the local improvement district to bear the cost of the making of such improvement;
(3)
Establish the several zones in the local improvement district in case there is more than one (1) zone;
(4)
Specify the several proportions of the cost which shall be assessed against the property in the several zones, in case there is more than one (1) zone; and
(5)
Fix the maximum assessment as provided in this article.
