§ 49-296. Manager authorized to relocate ditch.

Whenever, in the judgment of the manager of public works, the protecting of any irrigation ditch, in whole or in part, can best be accomplished by changing the location of such ditch, the manager may provide for such change of location in the plan to be prepared by the manager under the provisions of section 49-294.
