§ 49-295. Adjustment of assessment if other funds are to be used.

In case any of the funds for the covering or protecting of any ditch are to come in part from any source other than an assessment upon the property in the special improvement district, the amount of such funds to come from such other source shall be set out by the manager of public works in the plan to be prepared by the manager under the provisions of section 49-294, and such amount shall be deducted from the total amount to be assessed against the property specially benefitted.
