§ 49-83. Standards.

The manager of public works shall adopt standards for right-of-way, for construction and for lighting of different classes of streets, and shall apply such standards to a land area to be developed or redeveloped. The manager of public works may modify such standards where unusual conditions indicate that such modification will provide an adequate and safe street.
