§ 48-16. Defined.

The term "household garbage", as used in this article, shall include waste from the preparation, cooking and consumption of food, condemned food products and all refuse and waste from the handling, storage, preparation and use of produce originating primarily in private, household kitchens and is limited to that garbage produced at all locations in the city which are individual household units, boarding houses, rooming houses and multiple dwellings occupied by fewer than eight (8) household units.
