§ 46-3. Signs near parks.

It shall be unlawful to erect any roof sign within a distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet of any public park measured from the inner curb line of the street which bounds the park. It shall be unlawful to erect any projecting sign or ground sign upon any property which fronts on any public park, except in business or industrial districts.
