§ 45-71. Transferability.

The director of excise and licenses may permit the license of a secondhand dealer, automobile parts recycler, or junk dealer to be transferred from one (1) person to another or from one (1) location to another pursuant to section 32-18 of the Revised Municipal Code. Junk wagon licenses shall not be transferable.
