§ 44-137. Type of sale authorized.

(a)

The license issued under this division shall authorize only the one (1) type of sale described in the application at the location named therein.

(b)

The license shall authorize only the sale of goods described in the inventory attached to the application, in the form and detail as required by the director of excise and licenses, and only such additional goods as have been approved for sale by the director after a supplemental inventory has been filed, as provided by the terms of this division.
