§ 43-7. Required to deliver freight promptly.

All railroad corporations receiving carloads of freight in the city between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., shall be, and each of them is hereby required to deliver the same for unloading as promptly after such arrival as is consistent with safety, and as soon as switching operations will permit.
