§ 42-143. Disciplinary actions.

(a)

In addition to the grounds provided in chapter 32 of the Code, a license may be suspended or revoked for any of the grounds for denial set forth in section 42-142 of this article V.

(b)

Procedures for investigation of license violations, and for suspension, revocation, or other licensing sanctions as a result of any such violation, shall be as provided in chapter 32 of the Code and any rules and regulations promulgated by the director.
