§ 39-5. Compliance with permits; admission fees; failure to have a required permit.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person, other than authorized personnel, to fail to observe or comply with written permits issued by the department of parks and recreation.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person, other than authorized personnel, to enter or use any park, mountain park, or other recreational facility without paying any required admission fee or failing or refusing to produce, upon request any required evidence of payment of a required admission fee.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for any person, other than authorized personnel, to engage, without a permit, in an event, use or activity in a park, parkway median, mountain park, or other recreational facility for which a permit is required by the department of parks and recreation.
