§ 39-13. Fishing.

It shall be unlawful for any person fishing in any waterways or water bodies owned or controlled by the city, whether the same be situated within the city, the mountain parks, or elsewhere to fail or refuse to comply with any public notice restricting or disallowing fishing or to fish without a state fishing license.
