§ 37-9. Manure or other organic fertilizer.

Manure or any other organic material used on premises for fertilizing purposes may be designated a health nuisance and forbidden if it emits offensive odors, is an attractant to insects or rodents, creates an insanitary condition, or otherwise affects the public health.
