§ 37-17. Detrimental health conditions.

Whenever the pursuit of any trade, business or manufacture or the maintenance of any substance or condition of things shall result in a condition detrimental to the health of any of the inhabitants of the city, the same shall be deemed a health nuisance and shall be abated.
