§ 34-19. Court records.

  • Court records pertaining to responsible minor, including records of court proceedings, probation counselor's records and all other reports of clinical and social studies, shall be managed in the same manner as those relating to juvenile delinquency records in the Colorado Children's Code. The county court shall adopt procedures for limiting access to records and expunging and sealing records, consistent with such provisions of the Children's Code. The effect of an order to seal the records shall be the same as provided in such provisions, and the case shall be deemed never to have occurred.
