§ 33-27. Application.

Before any license shall be granted under this division, an application shall be filed with the director of excise and licenses, by the applicant for such license, stating the location, giving the street number in the city, the number of rooms contained in the hotel, rooming house or lodging house, and giving two (2) or more references as to the integrity and good moral character of the applicant.
