§ 33.5-35. Suspension or revocation.

(a)

The provisions of chapter 32, D.R.M.C., relating to suspension or revocation are extended to any identity card issued under the provisions of this article.

(b)

In addition, any massage parlor license or identity card may be revoked by the director upon the finding that the holder has committed any act of public indecency, prostitution or any related offense.
