§ 32-48. Alcohol beverages—Special events and tastings.

(a)

Special events using alcohol beverages shall be subject to the following fees:

(1)

Malt beverage, per day ..... $ 10.00

(2)

Malt, vinous and spirituous liquor, per day ..... 25.00

(b)

Fees for permits for tastings of alcohol beverages shall be as follows:

(1)

Application fee ..... $25.00

(2)

Permit fee, per year ..... 75.00
