§ 32-9. Bond requirements.

  • When the terms of the provisions applicable to the particular license sought set out bonding requirements, no license shall be effective and no license shall be issued until the licensee or applicant shall furnish a good and sufficient bond with a surety to be approved by the director of excise and licenses in the prescribed sum, conditioned for the faithful observance of all the terms of the provisions pertaining to the particular kind of business or trade so licensed. Such bond shall also be conditioned for the payment of all fines, penalties and costs that may be adjudged against such licensee for the violation of the terms of the provisions pertaining to the license and be further conditioned as required by the director.
