§ 31-55. Transfer.

No certificate evidencing accord of inspection services may be transferred from one (1) person to another or transferred from one (1) place to another without the written approval of the manager of public health and environment; no such certificate may be transferred in derogation of the terms of the rules and regulations pertaining to dry cleaning establishments; no such certificate may be transferred if the terms of the rules and regulations pertaining to a dry cleaning establishment prohibit the same.
