§ 31-1. Attendant required at laundromats at certain hours.

Every person operating a premises commonly known as a laundromat, where equipment for the washing of clothes is available for hire, shall, if open at any time between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., have an attendant present during such time.
