§ 2-255.50. Term of commissioners.

(a)

The appointed members of the commission shall serve for a period of three (3) years to be staggered by appointing one third of the initial non-designated membership for three-year terms, another third for two (2) years, and the remaining third for one (1) year. Initial terms shall be set by the appointing authority.

(b)

Commissioners may be reappointed for successive terms.
