§ 2-93. Publication.

Latest version.

All notices and other matters required to be published under this article shall be published in an official publication of the city. Notices of proposed rule-making may also be compiled and published monthly in book, pamphlet or loose leaf form by either the city clerk or by a publisher selected by the city clerk. Only the notice published in an official publication of the City, and the rule itself as finally adopted and as filed with the city clerk, shall be considered in judicial or administrative review of rules or rule making under this article.
