§ 27-29. Recording of notice with clerk.

(1)

When the manager determines that there is a violation of this article that [is] consistent with department policies and procedures warrants recording based on the nature of or circumstances concerning the violation, the manager may record the notice of violation in the real property records of the clerk and recorder.

(2)

When the condition upon which the notice was based has been corrected, the manager shall record a release of the notice of violation.
