In addition to the requirements set forth in the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code and
any rule or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, the following requirement shall
apply to the issuance of any local license for a medical marijuana testing facility:
A local medical marijuana testing facility license may be issued in any zone district
where, at the time of application for the license, the land use denominated "laboratory,
research, development, and technological services" is allowed by the zoning code.
