§ 24-368. Emergency suspension.

  • (a)

    Where the director or manager have reasonable grounds to believe that a licensed body artist or temporary body artist permittee has deliberately and willfully violated any section of this article, rule or regulation of the manager, or other applicable federal, state, or municipal law or regulation, or finds that emergency action is necessary because the health, safety or welfare of the public would be endangered by the continuation of the privileges under the license or permit, and incorporates such findings in a written order, the individual body artist license or temporary body artist permit may be immediately suspended.

    (b)

    The emergency temporary suspension of a license, pending any prosecution, investigation, or public hearing, shall be for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) days.
