§ 24-266. Adoption of standard policies and procedures.

The manager may adopt standard policies and procedures after publishing a notice of the proposed standard policies and procedures ten (10) days prior to adoption and including in the notice that written comments submitted to the manager will be considered and that copies of the proposed standard policies and procedures are available in the office of the manager. After receiving and considering the written comments the manager may adopt or amend and adopt standard policies and procedures.
