§ 24-188. Certified copies of birth, death or burial records.

Latest version.

All persons who may require certified copies of the records of the department of public health and environment relating to the birth, death or burial of any person shall, before receiving any such copy, pay in the manner provided by law, the sum of two dollars ($2.00) for each certified copy desired.
