§ 24-14. Packaging of tobacco products.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell cigarettes in any form or condition other than in the packaging provided by their manufacturer.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or allow that person's agent, servant, or employee to sell cigarettes in any form or condition other than in the packaging provided by the manufacturer.
