§ 20-106. Annual reports.

The city attorney shall submit a report on the assistance to victims and witnesses of municipal code violations to the mayor and to city council annually on the first of March. The report shall describe the distribution of moneys, including the projects and services for which such disbursements were made, and awards of compensation directly to victims.
