§ 20-51. Conveyance of real estate.

  • (a)

    The mayor, upon the approval of the board of equalization sitting as a board of county commissioners, as to the amount to be paid as consideration for the execution of such deeds and the sale of such real estate or property heretofore, or hereafter to be, acquired by the city under and by virtue of tax or treasurer's deeds, is hereby authorized and empowered to make, execute and deliver proper deeds to any or all of the real estate or property.

    (b)

    Any and all deeds heretofore executed and delivered by the mayor for real estate or property acquired by the city under and by virtue of tax or treasurer's deeds, be and the same are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
