§ 18-162. Paid leave.

Any employee or appointed Charter officer who is a member of the national guard or other component of the military forces of Colorado organized or constituted under state or federal law or who is a member of the reserve forces of the United States organized under federal law, and who is absent from employment by reason of military training or active service shall receive up to fifteen (15) days of paid military leave each calendar year, as provided by C.R.S. § 28-3-601(1), as it may be amended.
