§ 18-133. Effect of transfer.

When an officer or employee receiving paid sick and vacation leave is appointed to a position in another city department or agency which is governed by the provisions of this division, his or her sick and vacation leave credits shall be transferred into the new place of city employment provided that the entrance on duty in the new position immediately follows the separation from the former position.
