§ 17-15. Maintenance of requirements and qualifications.

Every person licensed under this article shall be required to maintain and continue to meet all requirements and qualifications after being licensed; and every medical vehicle service shall continue to meet the requirements for vehicles being used as an emergency or nonemergency medical vehicle, and failure to do so shall be unlawful and shall constitute a violation of this article.
