§ 14-64. Duties of probation officers.

It shall be the duty of the police department, or such other officers or employees of the city as may be assigned to such duties, whenever they may have reason to believe that the conditions of probation have been violated by any probationer, to bring the matter to the attention of the city attorney who in turn shall bring the matter to the attention of the court.
