§ 14-62. Restitution and cost.

  • A defendant who has been granted probation may be required, so far as possible and upon such reasonable terms as the court may impose, to make restitution or reparation to any aggrieved person for actual damage or loss caused by the offense for which the conviction was had. The defendant may also be required to give fingerprints to the police department and to pay the court costs.
