§ 14-12. Fines for criminal violations and noncriminal infractions.

(a)

All fines or monetary penalties shall be determined and imposed in accordance with the applicable state statute or regulation or city ordinance or regulation.

(b)

It is the duty of clerk of the court on each court day to report and pay to the manager of finance all fines and monetary penalties received under this section during the preceding court day. All fines and monetary penalties shall be credited to the city's general fund.
