§ 13-45. Relationship of Charter review committee to other council committees.

Nothing in this article shall preclude a committee of council from reviewing or initiating Charter amendments. The purpose of this committee shall be to recommend Charter amendments to the council and the appropriate committees of council for placement by ordinance on the appropriate ballot.
