§ 13-41. Creation.

There is hereby created a charter review committee. The purpose of the committee shall be to conduct an ongoing and comprehensive examination of the city Charter and to recommend appropriate changes to the city council. The committee may designate its own members or appropriate subject matter experts to serve on advisory committees for purposes of reviewing the Charter.
