§ 10-105. Window openings near viaducts.

  • Hereafter no window openings shall be installed in a wall in any existing building or any building hereafter erected below the floor level of a viaduct when such wall faces and is within twenty (20) feet of a viaduct, unless the sash of such windows is of steel and glazed with wire glass and unless such window openings are equipped with automatic sprinklers installed in an approved manner.
