§ 10-103. Structures near viaducts.

(a)

No building or structure shall be erected within twenty (20) feet of a viaduct unless of type I construction throughout, but in no event less than ten (10) feet from a viaduct.

(b)

Nothing in this section shall prohibit the erection or maintenance of loading docks and passenger platforms under or within twenty (20) feet of a viaduct if of type I construction.
